Some ways to get a better night's sleep.

Nothing is better and more luxurious than a relaxed mind. Relaxed state of mind may only be achieved by a good night's sleep.Sleep may be deprived due to many reasons such as -

Stress
Wrong posture
Tension
Physical tension
medicines
Etc.

Here I am posting a few perfect sleeping postures for people with different problems.
